The 790 E is a step up from the 590 E with more resistance levels (20), a 25 degree power incline ramp and can handle more weight capacity (325 lbs.) Right now, the 790 E is only $50 more than the 590 E so I would spend the extra money and get the 790 E. It also comes equipped with iFit technology, intermix acoustic 2.0 sound system, an Ipod Compatible music port, a dual grip EKG Heart Rate Monitor, SMR™ Silent Magnetic Resistance, oversized pedals, a workout fan, and a great warranty. Again, for the price this is an unbelievable buy, especially now that it is on inventory closeout!
