For the price, the 590 E elliptical is a great buy. This elliptical is packed with features to help you get fit fast. It comes with iFit® Workout Card Technology that will guide you through personal trainer workouts that help you lose weight fast. Also included is an adjustable Incline Ramp which increases the intensity of the workout, allowing you to burn more calories faster. Adjust the incline of your stride to isolate specific muscle groups. Focus your workout on your glutes, quads or calves for faster results. This elliptical is also equipped with a Compatible Music Port for iPod®, 14 Performance Workouts, 6 Weight-Loss Workouts, a generous 18" stride length and a CoolAire™Workout Fan. Although, the price is great, I would think about spending a little more and get the ProForm 790 E.
