The Proform 705 CST is a perfectly well rounded treadmill with enough power, stability, speed, and gadgets to accommodate runners on every end of the spectrum. The 2.5 CHP Horsepower is more than enough to power through any run you want to give it. Go ahead and run hard, the deck is sturdy enough to hold up to a 325 lb weight limit.
