The 710 E elliptical is a smooth alternative to any treadmill. Ellipticals have almost no impact on your joints and work your body just as much as any treadmill. The 18.0 RE elliptical from ProForm provides a consistent low impact workout in contrast to treadmills. There are 22 resistance levels provided in the 18.0 and is iFit Live compatible. The 18.0 RE is capable of inclining up to 40 degrees and its stride length can reach up to 23". This elliptical comes with Dual-Grip EKG™ Heart Rate Monitor and is Compatible with the Wireless Chest Pulse Strap. You can get a great customized and consistent workout using the 18.0 RE.

The 10.0 CE elliptical is a lower end elliptical that comes at a great low end price. There are 18 workout programs and the machine is iFit Live compatible. If you are looking for an affordable elliptical that is built with good quality then the 10.0 CE has you covered. You may not get all the extras that are included in more expensive models, but you will get all the basics that make for an effective workout. The 10.0 CE has an mp3 port, Dual-Grip EKG™ Heart Rate Monitor, digital resistance levels, and an adjustable stride length.

ProForm 410 CE Elliptical
The ProForm 410 CE elliptical fares well and has the unique ability to fold in on itself. There are 16 workout programs, 20 resistance levels, and the weight capacity is 300 lbs. All in all this is a good elliptical and competes with the 10.0 CE. Where as the 10.0 CE has a more adjustable stride length, the 410 CE has stronger durability and comes with iFit®Workout Card Technology. The iFit Workout Card is not the same as iFit Live, but does offer 8 weeks of audio coaching from Jillian Michaels. If you are looking to include iFit Live on your elliptical then you would be better off with the 10.0 CE.

ProForm Pro 3500 Elliptical
The Pro 3500 elliptical is the best elliptical machine in the ProForm store. This front drive machine has all the extras, features, and specs you would expect for its price. There are 48 workout programs, iFit Live built-in, a 7" full-color touch screen, in-handle ramp and resistance controls, and more. There is so much you can do on the Pro 3500. There are 20 levels of resistance and you can incline up to 20 degrees. You can even go on a 10 degree decline to work a different group of muscles. The weight capacity is set at 375 lbs and the warranty protects the frame for life, parts for 5 years, and labor for 2 years.

ProForm 590 E Elliptical
For the price, the 590 E elliptical is a great buy. This elliptical is packed with features to help you get fit fast. It comes with iFit® Workout Card Technology that will guide you through personal trainer workouts that help you lose weight fast. Also included is an adjustable Incline Ramp which increases the intensity of the workout, allowing you to burn more calories faster. Adjust the incline of your stride to isolate specific muscle groups. Focus your workout on your glutes, quads or calves for faster results. This elliptical is also equipped with a Compatible Music Port for iPod®, 14 Performance Workouts, 6 Weight-Loss Workouts, a generous 18" stride length and a CoolAire™Workout Fan. Although, the price is great, I would think about spending a little more and get the ProForm 790 E.

The 890 E elliptical is a very solid machine. Right now it is on sale and for the price is a must buy. This elliptical comes with features that are found on higher end units selling for $699. Some of the features include a 30 degree power ramp, 18-20" adjustable stride, 20 levels of resistance and 20 preset workouts. At it's current price this is a great deal. Equipped with a Dual Grip EKG Heart Rate Monitor, Ifit workout card technology, Oversized, Cushioned Pedeals, Ipod music plugin, Built-in Speakers, a workout Fan, and a high-resolution graphic display. The warranty should help keep you from worrying, with a lifetime on the frame and 1 year on parts. With all that this elliptical is decked out with, its seriously one you'll enjoy getting into shape on.
